| ABOUT THE MORNINGSIDE BUSINESS DISTRICT |

The Morningside Business District (MBD) extends along France Avenue South from Morningside Road west to 46th Street and along 44th Street and Sunnyside Road from Curve Avenue in Edina to south to Zenith Avenue in Minneapolis. The MBD is represented by the Morningside Business Association (MBA), a voluntary group of member businesses located in the district.
The MBA is affiliated with the Linden Hills Business Association, centered around 43rd and Upton Avenue, The Linden Hills Neighborhood Council, the Country Club Neighborhood Association and the Morningside Neighborhood Association.
MBA holds regular meetings on the first Wednesday of every month at 8:30am at 4351 France Avenue South. These meetings are open to all members and non-member businesses in the area. Representatives of other organizations as well as private individuals may attend by special arrangement with the MBA Steering Committee.
